Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States addresses only. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order is received. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you when the product is re-stocked and ready for shipment.

Shipping Rates

Orders within the 48 continental United States are eligible for free FedEx Ground shipping, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, which have a $60 shipping fee.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only offer to ship in the United States.

Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO

We cannot deliver to a PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office).


Return Policy

Unused products sold by US.SUNSTARQAIS.COM can be returned within 30 days of the purchase and you will receive a refund or exchange. After this period, products are only warranted under our standard one year limited hardware warranty and will be handled as an exchange or a repair. In no event shall we accept products purchased from other retailers. Such products must be returned to that retailer.

Return Guidelines

To request a return, please contact SUNSTAR QAIS Customer Support within 30 days from the purchase date and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Each RMA is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance, during which time the products must be returned to SUNSTAR. 

When contacting SUNSTAR QAIS Customer Support, the details of the problem and usage must be reported, and the customer information and the serial number of the product must be clearly identified. If products have been opened or used, or if the protective plastic bag for product and accessories inside box have been opened, such products are not eligible for return. Please note all returned products will be subjected to a rigorous inspection.

Refund

We will accept only unused and returnable products. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, documents, etc. must be included with the returned products. Absence of the original package will void the return and refund. Returned products cannot be damaged or altered in any fashion (including removing any product labeling). Failure on this will void the refund and warranty.  

The refunded amount will consist of the ordered product amount, less the restocking fee if applicable. Original charges for paid shipping and handling, etc. will not be refunded. The remaining refund amount can only be refunded to the original billing method after the product has been received and inspected.  

Restocking Fees

Returned products that are functional, undamaged, and free of defects will be subjected to a restocking charge of $35 for QAIS-air- 04A1U-OW and $90 for QAIS-air- 03A1U-W. Defective products are not subject to $35 for QAIS-air- 04A1U-OW and $90 for QAIS-air- 03A1U-W restocking fee.

Return Shipping Fee

Customers are provided with a return shipment label for use. Return shipping is free to customers who use this label to make returns. Customers will not be reimbursed for out-of-pocket return shipping costs.  

Can I cancel my order?

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed or has already been shipped. Please contact SUNSTAR QAIS Customer Support to inquire on the status of the order.

 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed or has been shipped.

 

Can I modify my order?

We cannot modify the order contents once it has been placed.

 

What are your business hours?

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding national holidays.

 

What if my QAIS was damaged in shipping? 

If the product has been damaged in shipping, please prepare proof (such as photographic evidence) and contact SUNSTAR QAIS Customer Support immediately.

 

What if my QAIS is defective?

US.SUNSTARQAIS.COM will accept defective products for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, defective products will be handled as an exchange, or a repair and products are only warranted under our standard one year limited hardware warranty

 

What if I gave a wrong address and the package didn’t arrive?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to reship an additional product if we were given a wrong address by the customer. Please place it again with the correct address.

 

Can I return the product if I don’t want to keep it? Any return exceptions?

We are happy to accept returns for unused products purchased on US.SUNSTARQAIS.COM within 30 days of your purchase. See a few exceptions below.

Once we validate receipt of the package, your return will be processed. We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. For assistance, please contact SUNSTAR QAIS Customer Support.

Return policy exceptions:

  • Used products
  • Packaged without the original protective packaging and cartons
  • Missing product accessories, materials, and documentation
  • 30 days after the date of purchase
  • Shipping fee
  • Accessories purchased separately from the products
  • Products purchased from other than US.SUNSTARQAIS.COM

 

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, we will charge a restocking fee of $35 for QAIS-air- 04A1U-OW and $90 for QAIS-air- 03A1U-W

on returns that are not defective even if returned before the end of 30-day purchase window.

 

Do you provide a return shipping label?

Yes, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label on all domestic returns. Please contact to SUNSTAR QAIS Customer Support to request your free return label.
