  • We do not offer installation services. Each product includes mounting brackets and appropriate accessories. If you have any questions about the appropriate mounting for your specific wall type, we recommend contacting a local hardware store or a contractor.

  • QAIS-air-® products are designed to be energy efficient. If you run your unit in standard mode for 24/7, we estimate it will cost you about 10 cents per day. Calculation is based on a utility rate of 25 cents per kWh in California. Actual cost may vary with your local electric rates.

  • Air purifiers try to vacuum odors once they have already spread. QAIS-air- 04 is designed to quickly work at the source. It is more effective in eliminating odors, without having to run full throttle or creating excessive noise.

  • You'll notice a difference right away. By placing QAIS-air- 04 directly above a litter box or pee pad, it effectively eliminates pet odors before they are even noticeable.

  • In order to work correctly, QAIS-air- 04 must be mounted on the wall above the litter box or pee pad. Thanks to our design, the holes that occur during installation are made as inconspicuous as possible.

  • QAIS-air-® products are designed with your pet's safety in mind. Due to its low-voltage design, your pet will not experience an electric shock even if the cord is bitten through. The cord comes with a cover for extra protection. The PCO technology deodorizes without releasing chemicals or ozone emissions, so it's safe for your pet to be around the product.

  • The sound quality of QAIS-air- 04 is whisper quiet. In regular mode, the noise level is at 20 dB which is equivalent to the sound of leaves touching each other. In max mode, the noise level is at 40 dB which is the sound in an average library. In either mode, QAIS-air-® is designed to be comfortable for both you and your pet.

  • QAIS-air- 04 eliminates odors before they spread. The size of the room does not matter.

  • The photocatalyst itself retains its efficacy for the life of the device. In rare cases, dirt or foreign matter can adhere to the surface of the photocatalyst and reduce its ability to absorb light and eliminate odors. If this happens, soak the product in boiling water for 20 minutes, carefully remove it to avoid burns, and dry it in the sun for at least half a day.

  • Yes! It is still effective as long as you place the QAIS-air-® unit directly above the source of the odor, and you run the device everyday for 24/7.

  • Most air purifier manufacturers use a coverage calculated from the "AHAM's Air Filtration Standard," which is appropriate for filtered air purifiers. However, since our product is a new approach to air purification that uses photocatalytic technology and does not use filters, we believe that this filter standard does not properly apply to QAIS. Therefore, we use the following calculation method to calculate coverage. *QAIS-air- 04's Coverage: Approximately 108- 524sq. ft. * Coverage is based on reduction time from odor intensity 3.5 (slightly strong odor) to 2.5 (weak odor) - Approx. 108 sq ft (10㎡) enclosed space: approx. 5 hours (test results for Approx. 108 sq ft (10㎡). enclosed space) - Approx. 524 sq ft (48.6㎡) enclosed space: approx. 25 hours (calculated from test results for Approx. 108 sq ft (10㎡). enclosed space)

  • As a pet-first solution, it is designed to be safe and comfortable not only for the owner but also for the pet. It is also designed to be compact, sleek, simple and easy to place anywhere not to destruct pets and owners peace of mind as its whisper operating sound.

  • The QAIS-air- 03 may be placed on either a flat, steady surface such as a table or floor, or it may be mounted on the wall. We recommend using a screw or pin to hang it like a wall clock. Be sure to use tools that can endure more than 2.43 lbs.

  • The sound quality of QAIS-air- 03 is whisper quiet. In normal mode, the noise level is at 33 dB which is equivalent to the sound in a library. In silent mode, the noise level is at 26 dB which is the sound of a suburban street at midnight. In either mode, QAIS-air- 03 is designed to be comfortable for both you and your pet.

  • Its deodorizing effect is suitable for a space sized approximately 108 - 262 sq ft.

  • Pet-derived body odors include acetaldehyde and acetic acid. QAIS-air-® tackles these odors as well.

  • We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed or has been shipped.

  • US.SUNSTARQAIS.COM will accept defective products for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, defective products will be handled as an exchange, or a repair and products are only warranted under our standard one year limited hardware warranty.

We will provide a free return shipping label for you. Free return shipping is only available for U.S. customers who contact us to request a prepaid shipping label.
